Who are the St. Clair Fire Women’s Auxiliary?

They are the Wives, Mothers, Daughters, and friends of active and retired St. Clair Firefighters.

When duty calls, they are the ones who make our ability to answer the call, possible.

When duty calls, they are the ones who tend to our children.

When duty calls, they are the ones who entertain our guests at home.

When duty calls, they are the ones who have had dinner, holiday, and birthday plans interrupted.

When duty calls, they are the ones who awaken, sometimes numerous times in the middle of the night, to the sound of our pagers ringing.

When duty calls, they are the ones left sitting by themselves in the restaurant or church.

When duty calls, they are the ones who feed us during and after long hours on the job.

When duty calls, they are the ones who anxiously await our safe return.

We, as a department and as a community, are indebted to the Women’s Auxiliary, for without their love and support, our ability to answer the call would not be possible.
